Just another night out on the town in Las Vegas, you know how I do. I actually bought this dress in Toronto but wore it for the first time during this trip.

Black fringe dress, H&M $7 (major sale!)
Skinny belt, H&M $5 (can’t see it in the picture)
Black strappy sandals, Costa Blanca $20

The first time I tried on the dress, the third fringe didn’t really fall properly.  It sort of just clung to the middle of my hips.  When I pulled it up higher, it wouldn’t stay.  If I pulled it down, the second fringe just wrapped under my butt and looked really weird.  Then I saw it on sale for $7.oo so I gave it another try.  Turns out that by putting on a belt I was able to adjust how the dress fit!
